Pure Solar Cleaners — Customer Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Pure Solar Cleaners.
Our aim is to provide a safe, reliable and professional service.
These simple terms explain how we work and what you can expect from us.

1. Quotes

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days.
If anything changes (for example: access, extra panels, repairs needed), we’ll always confirm any price changes before carrying out additional work.

2. Booking & Access

Please make sure we can safely access the area where the work is needed.
If we arrive and cannot safely access the panels, guttering or roof, we may need to reschedule.

3. Payments

Payment is due on completion of the work, unless we agree otherwise.
We accept: bank transfer, cash, or invoice (where applicable).

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please just let us know.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a small fee to cover lost time and travel.

5. What We Do

We use professional, non-abrasive equipment and purified water for safe cleaning.
Our services include:

✔ Bird proofing
✔ Gutter clearing
✔ Minor roof repairs (such as replacing broken tiles)

We will always work with care and respect for your property.

6. What We Can’t Promise

We do our best to improve performance, but every system is different.
Some things like age, weathering, lichen marks or pre-existing damage may affect results.

If something is likely to be difficult or unsafe to remove, we’ll let you know.

7. Bird Proofing & Repairs

Our bird protection is fitted without drilling into panels to avoid affecting warranties.
Minor repairs are carried out on a best-match basis if the exact tile type is unavailable.

8. Weather

Safety comes first.
If the weather makes working at height unsafe (high winds, ice, storms), we may need to rearrange.

9. If Something Goes Wrong

We take pride in our work and always aim to do a great job.
If there’s an issue, please contact us and we will inspect and put things right where appropriate.

10. By Booking

By booking or allowing work to begin, you confirm that you agree with these terms.
